The Orange County Main Library and the Alliance for Historic Hillsborough, in conjunction with Ipas and the Orange County Rape Crisis Center, will host Family Fun Day in Hillsborough on Saturday, June 8, from 10am to 4pm in downtown Hillsborough. Family Fun Days is a special summer series held on the second Saturday of the month from June through September. Each Family Fun Day will include guided tours, children’s activities, a farmers market, shopping, and dining.
2013 marks the 15th season of Last Fridays, running the last Friday of each month from April to September.

Antonia’s Restaurant will host a special dinner “Culinary Conservation: A Heritage Dinner” in collaboration with the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy (ALBC). The dinner will feature meat, eggs, and dairy products from heritage breeds sourced from local farms. These livestock breeds played an important role in America’s history and are now finding new roles on small and sustainable farms.
