Sarah DeGennaro Named Acting Executive Director

Elizabeth Read resigned as Executive Director of the Alliance for Historic Hillsborough on November 16, 2011. Sarah DeGennaro willcontinue to serve as Acting Executive Director, a position which she has held since September 30, 2011.

The Alliance is the non-profit umbrella organization that operates the Alexander Dickson House and Orange County Visitors Center and serves six member organizations in support of their missions: The Historic Hillsborough Commission, the Historical Foundation of Hillsborough and Orange County, the Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce, the Hillsborough Historic District Commission, the Hillsborough Arts Council, and the Preservation Fund of Hillsborough.
